SSB Constable Selection Process & Physical Standards
1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)- Male: 4.8 Km run in 24 minutes.
- Female: 2.4 Km run in 18 minutes.
2. Physical Standard Test (PST)- Height (General Male): 170 cms.
- Height (General Female): 157 cms.
- Chest (Male): 80 cms (Minimum 5 cm expansion).
3. Written Exam (CBT)100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 100 marks covering General Knowledge, Maths, Reasoning, and Hindi/English.
