SCR Apprentice Selection Process & Eligibility

1. Merit-Based Selection

Selection is based on a merit list prepared by averaging marks from 10th Class and ITI. Both carry equal weightage.

  • Tie-Breaking: If marks are equal, the older candidate is given preference.

2. Essential Qualifications

  • 10th Pass: Minimum 50% aggregate marks required.
  • ITI Certificate: Must hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT).
