1. Written Examination (CBT)

Includes General Knowledge and English Composition to shortlist candidates for the skill test.

2. Shorthand & Transcription Test

• Speed: 80 w.p.m. or 100 w.p.m. (depending on post).
• Transcription: 20 w.p.m. on computer.
• Mistakes: Maximum 3% to 4% allowed.

3. Spreadsheet Test

10 marks test, qualifying in nature. Minimum 40% marks required.
