Detailed Selection Criteria

1. For Junior Engineer (S-3):

Selection will be based 100% on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test (CBT). No Interview will be conducted for JE posts.

2. For Management Posts (E-1 to E-3):

Selection involves CBT followed by a Personal Interview. Marks weightage: 70% for CBT and 30% for Interview.

3. For Graduate Assistant (E-0):

Selection will be based on a Skill Test followed by a Personal Interview.

4. For General Manager (E-6):

Selection through direct Personal Interview based on experience and qualification shortlisting.
