1. Selection Stages

• Skill Test: Qualifying screening for instrument proficiency.
• Band Performance Test: 75 Marks based on musical expertise.

• Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Qualifying nature.

2. Physical Standards (Male)

Pay Scale: ₹19,500 – ₹62,000 (Level 4)

Selected candidates will undergo a 3-year probation period with tiered stipends:

• 1st Year: 70% of Minimum Pay
• 2nd Year: 80% of Minimum Pay
• 3rd Year: 90% of Minimum Pay

Post-probation, full allowances like DA, HRA, and Medical benefits apply.
