Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), a prestigious Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has announced a massive recruitment drive for Graduate Apprentice Trainees for the 2026-27 session. This recruitment aims to engage 608 young and energetic engineering graduates across various disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering. As a Maharatna company, HPCL plays a vital role in India's energy sector, operating numerous refineries and a vast network of pipelines and marketing infrastructure. This merit-based approach ensures that academically strong candidates from across India get an equal opportunity to start their careers with a leading PSU. In the context of India's 'Skill India' mission, this recruitment is significant as it bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial practice, enhancing the employability of fresh engineers.
