DSSSB Selection Methodology & Qualifying Criteria

1. One-Tier / Two-Tier Examination

Selection is based on the Computer Based Test (CBT). For certain technical and high-grade posts, a Two-Tier exam system is followed.

  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  • Bilingual Exam: Questions are in Hindi & English (except language papers).

2. Minimum Qualifying Marks

Candidates must score the minimum percentage as per their category:

  • General (UR): 40%
  • OBC (Delhi): 35%
  • SC/ST/PH: 30%

3. Skill Test / Physical Endurance Test

For posts like Steno, LDC, and Warder, a skill test or PET is mandatory as per post requirements.
E-Dossier Submission & Final Appointment

Shortlisted candidates based on written exam marks must upload all original documents in the e-Dossier module. Documents required:
