Pay Scale & Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in the IDA Pay Scale of ₹24,900 - ₹50,500 (E-3 Grade). Upon successful completion of probation, they are eligible for various allowances like HRA, Medical Benefits, and Performance Linked Incentives.
